EU Declaration of Conformity
We, Microsoft Corporation, declare under our sole responsibility that the Docking Station, Model Number 2049 (marketing name:
Microsoft Surface Thunderbolt 4 Dock), equipped with model 2055 (not coverd by this declaration), is in conformity with the essential requirements and other relevant requirements of the following directive(s) of the European Parliament and European Council:
- Directive 2014/30/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on the harmonisation of the laws of the
Member States relating to electromagnetic compatibility (recast).
- Directive 2014/35/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on the harmonisation of the laws of the
Member States relating to the making available on the market of electrical equipment designed for use within certain voltage limits.
- Directive 2009/125/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 October 2009 establishing a framework for the setting of ecodesign requirements for energy-related products.
- Directive 2011/65/EU (as amended) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2011 on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.
