TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Instructions on how to claim and the offer form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Participation in this Samsung GALAXY S5 Art Cover Promotion ( Promotion ) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.

2.

The promoter is Samsung Electronics Australia Pty Ltd ABN 63 002 915 648 of Quad
Samsung, 8 Parkview Drive, Homebush Bay, NSW 2127 ( Promoter ).

The Promotion commences at 9:00am AEST on Thursday 5 June 2014 and closes at Friday
5:00pm AEDT on 5 September 2014 ( Promotional Period ). Any orders or purchases submitted outside the Promotional Period will not be entitled to the Discount.

4.

For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions:
a)

Art Cover  means either a: (i) Samsung GALAXY S5 artist cover design; or (ii)
Samsung GALAXY S5 design your own  cover, purchased from the Website;

b)

Discount  means 10% off the price of any Art Cover(s) purchased on the Website;

c)

immediate families  means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse,
child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent,
step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin;

d)

purchase  means that the Participating Product is purchased either outright (in which case full payment must be made during the Promotional Period by the claimant) or the entry by a claimant into a mobile telephone connection plan linked to the Participating
Product;

e)
Participating Product  means a Samsung GALAXY S5 with model numbers:
SM-G900IZKATEL, SM-G900IZWATEL, SM-G900IZBATEL, SM-G900IZDATEL,
