Samsung Island Sign Up Competition
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Instructions on how to participate in the Samsung Island Sign Up Competition
(Competition) and the Prize (defined below) form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Participation in this Competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or competition.

The promoter is Samsung Electronics Australia Pty Ltd ABN 63 002 915 648 of Quad
Samsung, 8 Parkview Drive, Homebush Bay, NSW 2127 ( Promoter ).

The Competition commences at 9:00am (AEDT) on Thursday, 6 November 2014 and will close at 5:00pm (AEDT) on Sunday, 30 November 2014, or such other time and date as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion by notice thereof on the Promoter's
Website (Competition Period). The Competition is only open for entry during the Period of
Operation (defined below) for the opening hours at the corresponding Samsung Island
Stand at the Location, as set out in the table below.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
(a)
"immediate family member" means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister,
step-brother, step-sister or first cousin;
(b)
"Location", "Period of Operation" and "Date of Draw" have the following meanings:
