PROMOTION
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Instructions on how to claim form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this
Samsung NX Smart Camera 30-Day Money Back Guarantee promotion ("Promotion") is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer,
unless specified otherwise.
2. The Promoter is Samsung Electronics Australia Pty Ltd ABN 63 002 915 648 of Quad Samsung, 8
Parkview Drive, Homebush Bay, NSW 2127 ("Promoter").
3. The Promotion commences at 8:00am (AEST) on 1 June 2014 and closes at 6:00pm (AEST) on 31
August 2014 ( Promotional Period ).
4. For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions:
a. "EFT" means an electronic funds transfer to the bank account nominated by the Eligible
Claimant (defined at clause 5 below) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
b. immediate families means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse,
child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent,
step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
c. participating Australian retail store excludes any online bidding or auction websites
(including www.ebay.com.au) or any unauthorised retailers. The Promoter recommends that prior to purchasing a Participating Product, the customer verify that the retailer is authorised to participate in this Promotion.
d. "Participating Product" means any of the following Samsung NX Smart Camera models and any additional models as may be notified by the Promoter during the Promotional
Period:
i. NX2000 [EV-NX2000BABAU, EV-NX2000BFWAU];
ii. NX1000 [EV-NX1000BABAU, EV-NX1000BFWAU];
iii. NX300
[EV-NX300ZBSVAU,
EV-NX300ZBPUAU];
EV-NX300ZBQUAU,
EV-NX300ZBUVAU,
iv. NX30 [EV-NX30ZZBGBAU]; and v. NX Mini [EV-NXF1ZZB1HAU / EV-NXF1ZZB2HAU].
e. "Gift Card" means a prepaid Citibank card made out to the Eligible Claimant (defined at clause 5 below). Gift Cards may be used where Mastercard® prepaid cards are accepted.

f.
"purchase" means that full payment is made for the Participating Product during the
Promotional Period. To avoid doubt, if a Participating Product is purchased under a finance plan offered by the participating Australian retail store, the purchaser will not be able to claim the Refund.
g. Refund means an EFT or Gift Card equal to the amount that the Participating Product
