Chers actionnaires,
Les résultats annoncés depuis le début de l année 2016 confirment l excellente dynamique de croissance et de rentabilité
du Groupe et je remercie l ensemble des collaborateurs de Valeo pour leur engagement et leur professionnalisme.
En effet, le travail accompli au cours de ces dernières années a permis de créer un nouveau Valeo, plus innovant, plus technologique,

au premier semestre, en hausse de 20 %, à
12,8 milliards d euros et la croissance, à périmètre et taux de change constants, de 11 % de notre chiffre d affaires à fin septembre 2016, témoignent du succès de notre stratégie, focalisée sur l innovation et la R&D dans laquelle nous dépensons 6 %
de notre chiffre d affaires.
Notre croissance est équilibrée, à la fois en termes de portefeuille clients entre les clients allemands qui représentent 31 % de notre chiffre d affaires première monte, les clients asiatiques 26 %,
les clients américains 22 % et les clients français
