Entry into this Competition (defined below) involves use of the Samsung Gear VR. You should not use the Samsung Gear VR if you are under the age of 13. You should always consult with an appropriately qualified medical practitioner before using the Samsung Gear VR if you are pregnant,
elderly, have pre-existing binocular vision abnormalities or psychiatric disorders, suffer from a heart condition, have any other serious medical condition or have had a seizure linked to an epileptic condition. Always be aware of your surroundings when using the Samsung Gear VR and remain seated at all times. Immediately discontinue use of the Samsung Gear VR if you experience any visual abnormalities, dizziness, disorientation, nausea, any discomfort or pain or any symptoms similar to motion sickness.

Instructions on how to participate in the Samsung Island Share to Win Competition
("Competition") and the Prize (defined below) form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Participation in this Competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or competition.

The promoter is Samsung Electronics Australia Pty Ltd ABN 63 002 915 648 of Quad
Samsung, 8 Parkview Drive, Homebush Bay, NSW 2127 ( Promoter or "Samsung").

The Competition commences at 9:00am (AEDT) on Thursday, 6 November 2014 and will close at 5:00pm (AEDT) on Sunday, 30 November 2014, or such other time and date as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion by notice thereof on the Promoter's
Website ("Competition Period"). The Competition is only open for entry during the Period of Operation (defined below) for the opening hours at the corresponding Samsung Island
Stand at the Location.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
(a)
"immediate family member" means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister,
step-brother, step-sister or first cousin;

"Location" and "Period of Operation":
