CONTENT & CASHBACK ( PROMOTION )
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the Terms and Conditions ). Any information or instructions published by the Promoter about the Promotion at www.samsung.com/uk/smarttvgifts form part of the Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter
1.
The Promoter is Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited, Samsung House, 1000 Hillswood Drive,
Chertsey, Surrey, KT16 0PS (the Promoter or Samsung ).
2.
The Promotion is run in conjunction with Citibank Europe Plc, 1 North Wall Quay, Dublin 1, Co.
Dublin, Republic of Ireland (Citibank ).
Promotion Period

The Promotion will commence at 00:00 (GMT) on 1 November 2011 and close at 00:00 (GMT)
on 24 December 2011 (the Promotion Period ).
Offer
4.
Participants who purchase a new (i.e. not second hand) Samsung Smart TV from the list of models set out below (each a Promotion Product and together the Promotion Products )
from UK participating retailers (whether purchase is made in-store or online) within the
Promotion Period will be entitled to a receive a cash credit pre-loaded on to a Citibank Pre-Paid
Card at no additional cost. For the avoidance of doubt CostCo is not a participating retailer for the purposes of this Promotion. The relevant cash credits per Promotion Product shall be:
(each a CashBack Reward and together the Cashback Rewards ).
Participants will also receive £50 of credit to use with Acetrax OR Blinkbox to redeem against movie downloads (the Movie Reward ). The Movie Reward will be received in the form of a promotional code or voucher code.
Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the Promotion you must be a UK resident aged 18 or over.

Employees or agents of the Promoter/Citibank or their families or households or anyone professionally connected to this Promotion and any group company of the Promoter/Citibank is not eligible to enter.
7.
The Promotion entitles participants to one Citibank Pre-Paid Card (with the applicable Cashback
Reward pre-loaded onto it) and one Movie Reward per purchase of a Promotion Product.
8.
This Promotion is only available to consumers (e.g. not to any business or reseller). Maximum 1
claim per person/household/receipt.
9.
Citibank Pre-Paid Card usage is subject to Citibank s Pre-Paid Card Terms and Conditions.
10.
Use of the Movie Reward is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant voucher provider.
