Prize Draw Terms And Conditions
By entering this prize draw (the Prize Draw ) you (the participant ) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any information or instructions published by the Promoter about the prize draw at: http://www.facebook.com/SamsungUK form part of these terms and conditions.
The Promoter
1. The promoter of this Prize Draw is Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited, Samsung House, 1000 Hillswood Drive, Chertsey,
Surrey, KT16 0PS (the Promoter ).
Eligibility
2. This Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over only.
3. Employees or agents of the Promoter or any of its group companies or their families or households or anyone professionally connected to this Prize Draw are not eligible to enter.
4. No purchase is necessary to enter.
Prize
5. There are 6 prizes available to be won. 1 x Samsung Galaxy NX Smart Camera, 1 x ATIV Tab 3, 1 x ATIV Book 9 Lite, 1x
ATIV Book 9 Plus, 1 x ATIV Book Q and 1 x ATIV One 5. (the Prize/s )
6. The Prizes carry no cash value, are non-transferable and may not be substituted by the winner. The Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any Prize.
7. The Prizes shall be sent to the winners within 30 days of device being launched in UK stores.
Prize Draw Period
8. The Prize Draw is open from 12:00 (GMT) on 21 June 2013 until 23:59 on 25 July 2013 (the Prize Draw Period ).
Entry
9. To enter the Prize Draw, during the Prize Draw Period participants must go to http://www.facebook.com/SamsungUK
and (i) click on the link provided in one of the posts promoting the application that hosts the Prize Draw; (ii) like http://www.facebook.com/SamsungUK; and (iii) complete the entry form contained within the application and submit the same (the Entry ).
10. Entries that are incomplete or damaged will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for lost,
delayed or damaged data which occurs during any communication or transmission of data.
11. The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify Entries which it considers do not comply with these terms and conditions or any participant who it reasonably believes has interfered with the fair running of this
Prize Draw.
12. Participants may only enter the Prize Draw once. If multiple entries are received from the same participant, all entries will be deemed invalid and removed from the Prize Draw.
13. The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require further verification as to the identity, age,
and other relevant details of a participant.
14. Entries must be made by the participant and must not be made through agents or third parties.
15. Entries received after the close of the Prize Draw Period will not be eligible.
Winner Selection
16. The winner of each of the Prizes shall be the first six Entries selected at random from all Entries received by the
Promoter at the end of the Prize Draw Period.
17. The winners will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of Entry.
18. The winners will have 7 days from the date the notification was sent to claim their prize by sending a reply to the email address from which the notification email from the Promoter was received.
19. In the event that a winner or substitute winner is unreachable, ineligible, or fails to claim the prize in the time required,
the winner or substitute winner shall forfeit their prize and it will be awarded to a substitute winner, which shall be the next placed participant chosen by the judges as appropriate.
