SAMSUNG NX SMART CAMERA 30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Instructions on how to claim form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this
Samsung NX Smart Camera 30 Day Money Back Guarantee promotion ("Promotion") is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer including the Samsung Digital Imaging NX Series RedBalloon Voucher Promotion, unless specified otherwise.
2. The Promoter is Samsung Electronics Australia Pty Ltd ABN 63 002 915 648 of Quad Samsung, 8
Parkview Drive, Homebush Bay, NSW 2127 ("Promoter").
3. The Promotion commences at 6:01am (AEST) on 15 October 2014 and closes at 6:00pm (AEDT) on
31 December 2014 ( Promotional Period ).
4. For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions:
a. cheque means a bank cheque issued to the Eligible Claimant (defined at clause 5 below) on behalf of the Promoter by Bank of America in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
b. "EFT" means an electronic funds transfer to the bank account nominated by the Eligible Claimant
(defined at clause 5 below) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
c. immediate families means any of the following: spouse, ex spouse, de facto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent,
uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or first cousin.
d. participating Australian retail store excludes any online bidding or auction websites (including www.ebay.com.au) or any unauthorised retailers. The Promoter recommends that prior to purchasing a Participating Product, the customer verify that the retailer is authorised to participate in this Promotion.
e. "Participating Product" means any of the following Samsung NX Smart Camera models and any additional models as may be notified by the Promoter during the Promotional Period:
i. NX2000 [EV NX2000BABAU, EV NX2000BFWAU];
ii. NX1000 [EV NX1000BABAU, EV NX1000BFWAU];
iii. NX300 [EV NX300ZBSVAU, EV NX300ZBQUAU, EV NX300ZBUVAU, EV NX300ZBPUAU];
iv. NX300M [EV-NX300MBMTAU, EV-NX300MBMUAU]
v. NX30 [EV NX30ZZBGBAU];
vi. NX Mini [EV NXF1ZZB1HAU / EV NXF1ZZB2HAU / EV NXF1ZZB1QAU] and vii. NX3000 EV-NX3000BOIAU / EV-NX3000BOHAU
f. "purchase" means that full payment is made for the Participating Product during the Promotional
Period. To avoid doubt, if a Participating Product is purchased under a finance plan offered by the participating Australian retail store, the purchaser will not be able to claim the Refund.
g. Refund means an EFT or cheque equal to the amount that the Participating Product was purchased for, including GST, as shown on the purchase receipt.
5. To be eligible to receive the Refund, claimants must:
a. be aged 18 years old or over and Australian residents with an Australian residential address
(employees, and their immediate families, of the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this Promotion, are ineligible to claim);
b. purchase a Participating Product from any participating Australian retail store during the
Promotional Period (the purchased Participating Product must appear on the original purchase receipt);
c. if a claimant is not satisfied with their Participating Product, a claimant must provide a response to each of the bullet points listed below by emailing the information to nx.promo@samsung.com within 30 days of receiving the purchased Participating Product:
