Samsung UHD Monitor Bonus Game Promotion (the Promotion )

Samsung s UHD Monitor bonus PC game promotion offers End Users the opportunity to claim a free PC game for every UD590 UHD Monitor purchased from an eligible retailer during the
Promotion Period.

Promotional Eligibility
1. To be eligible for this Promotion you must purchase (including by way of pre-order) a
Samsung UD590 UHD Monitor between 8 september 2014 and 30 November 2014 (inclusive)
(inclusive) from an eligible retailer (as set out below) (the Promotion Period ).
2. You must be a resident of Sweden, Norway, Denmark or Finland and aged 18 or over to participate in this Promotion. This Promotion is available for end users only and is not open to resellers.
3. Customers may claim one Bonus Game, as described below for each eligible Promotion
Product (as defined below) purchased in the Promotion Period.
4. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion(s) or special bid/tender pricing offered by Samsung Electronics.
5. The Promotion Product (defined below) must be purchased from a eligible retailer only
(whether purchase is online or in-store) and not by private resale.

Claims Process
8. In order to participate in the Promotion and claim the Bonus Game, participants must take part of the information at www.samsung.com/se/offer/watch-dogs and scan their proof of purchase to the Promoter by 30 November. Claims recieved after this date will be invalid.
9. Once a Claim has been validated, the participant shall be sent an email containing a link to download the Ubisoft Watch Dogs PC game. Participants must download the Bonus Game before 28 February 2015.
10. Claims that are incomplete or damaged will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for lost, delayed or damaged Claims (e.g. which are lost in the post or where online data is not received or is corrupted.)
11. The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify Entries which it considers do not comply with these terms and conditions.
12. The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation,
to require further verification as to proof of purchase, as well as the identity, age, and other relevant details of an participant.
13. If a participant returns the Promotion Product after submitting a claim, the Claim will be invalid and the Bonus Game received by the participant must be deleted/uninstalled.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to check with the retailer whether a Promotion Product has been returned and, by submitting a claim, the participant provides consent to the Promoter
